Jeff Wood, MS, PT & Owner
Born in Ashland, OR, Jeff grew up in Southern Oregon. He attended college in Ashland at SOSC before attending physical therapy school. In 1990, he graduated from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI, with a bachelor of science in human anatomy and physiology. In 1991, he graduated with a master of science in physical therapy from Andrews University. He has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including acute in-patient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and home health. He is the founder of Riverside Physical Therapy which officially opened in 1998.

James McCall, PTA
Jim grew up in Grants Pass, OR, and graduated from Grants Pass High School while enjoying academics and sports. After attending Oregon State University, he transferred to Southern Oregon College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies, Interdisciplinary, with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy and athletic training. He went on to become a certified athletic trainer (ATC) from 1987-2006 and initiated programs at South Medford High School in Southern Oregon, and other high schools in California. In 1999, he graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Loma Linda University and received a Faculty Award for academic excellence, and an Alumni Award for Professional Promise as a PTA. He joined our staff at Riverside Physical Therapy in 2000. Outside his profession, Jim is a former River Guide for Orange Torpedo Trips, and a former Tae Kwon Do practitioner and instructor. He continues to enjoy kayaking, rafting, and camping.

Janet Walden, PT
Janet Walden is a Physical Therapist with a wide array of experiences and specialty training. For 25+ years she has helped people feel better, move better, and do more.
Janet has provided physical therapy services in hospitals and in clinics in Washington, Florida, Missouri, and Oregon. She is a graduate of Loma Linda University. For her pre-physical therapy training, she attended Walla Walla University.
She loves spending time with her husband and two teenage sons. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, and remodeling. She is also a singer and soloist, and has recorded a gospel album.
Canyonville

Michael Rucker, PTA, CCI, SCCE
Michael attended and graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR. He is the PTA Site Coordinator for Clinical Education in our facility and a Certified Clinical Instructor. He is also currently serving as a football coach at North Medford High School. He joined the staff at Riverside Physical Therapy in July of 2021.

Julie Bohlman, PTA
Julie attended and graduated from Loma Linda University with a physical therapy assistant degree. She joined our Grants our team in 2015.
Canyonville, Grants Pass & Cave Junction

Tina Haemmerlein, LMT
Tina completed her massage therapy training in 2002 at RCC in Grants Pass, OR. She joined our clinical staff at Cave Junction in March 2017 with knowledge and skills in Swedish Massage, myofascial release, and reflexology. She works together with our physical therapists providing medical massage to our clients. She also integrates her many hours of holistic continuing education that includes other techniques such as tuning forks, cupping, and aroma therapy. Outside her work, she enjoys taking care of her home and yard, crafting, sewing, and needle felting.
Cave Junction & Grants Pass

Amy Grove, LMT
Amy completed her massage therapy training at RCC in Grants Pass, OR. She joined our clinical staff here in Grants Pass in 2020, and employs several massage therapy techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, myofascial release, sports therapy, and medical massage.
